“Our stay at Villa Littoral was absolutely wonderful. The service provided by you was impeccable – you were quick to respond, friendly, informative and sorted out everything we needed. The service from the keyholder and proprietor were of an equally high standard. We met the proprietor at the beginning of our stay and she showed us around the house, explained how everything worked and took our cash deposit. At the end of our stay she returned, together with the usual key-holder and returned the deposit. They were both very friendly and informative. The house is comfortable, well-appointed and perfectly clean. What makes it really magical is the location, which is stunning – on a short cliff right over a beach and with “secret” steps down from the garden into a secluded mini bay that is almost private. The views over the coast and sea are wonderful from every room in the house and being able to pop to and from the beach and even in and out of the sea is amazing. Lomener is a delightful seaside town and the position of this house is – again – perfect. A few minutes walk from the cafes, restaurants and supermarket and the bigger beaches, not that we ever needed to visit those beaches as we had our own. We were very lucky to find the place just as someone else cancelled as I am sure it books up very quickly year after year. We would very happily stay again. To British visitors, it seems a little odd to have to bring one’s own towels, but I understand it’s not unusual in France. Many thanks for all your help – we had a wonderful holiday.”

“We had a lovely time thank you; Villa Littoral was perfect for us. It was really helpful being able to arrive later in the evening. We drove straight off the ferry and arrived just after 2300. Patricia was very welcoming and patient with my limited French! We met Anne as we were leaving and she was lovely too. She explained that she had renovated the property and it was indeed lovely and clean and in great condition. Our boys thoroughly enjoyed the beach and exploring the rock pools! Thank you for all your help with the booking, especially as it was last minute. The directions were really helpful, as well as the information about the local markets. We’d definitely go back to Villa Littoral. We’ve also been looking at other properties on your website to see about exploring other areas of France! Thanks again and best wishes”

“We had a great week here; all the boys in my family (and my inlaws) loved the proximity to the beach and went swimming in the sea several times each day. The kitchen and bathrooms were lovely and clean and the kitchen was very well-stocked. My only negative point was that the bedrooms/upstairs weren’t quite as clean as the downstairs and the cupboards/drawers for clothes in particular were quite dusty. We did have a great time though and the keyholder was friendly and helpful. I can’t fault you! It is nice to book with an actual person rather than a faceless company as it feels reassuring to know that there is someone at the end of the phone if needed (like when we didn’t have the correct number for the owner!). We would definitely book with you again. Thank you for a great summer holiday.”

“We were very happy with our stay at Villa Littoral and would highly rate both the property and our experience with Christophe. Coordination with the key holder for check in /out, and deposit, was very easy and simple to organise. Moreover the communication, payment and information provided by yourself/Christophe was precise, prompt and very useful. The villa itself was excellent and had all the facilities required. The location was wonderful, and the garden was very well appointed with the necessary loungers, tables, parasols etc. Moreover the information related to appliances and recycling etc was very clear and we had no issues. Overall we were really impressed with both the property and the admin/logistics. We will definitely be interested in using you again in the future.”

“A lovely villa, exactly as advertised, in a wonderful location, overlooking the sea and with direct access down private steps to the beach. All enclosed and very safe for both children and pets. Amenities including a supermarket and several bars and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk of the village. We had a great time and will be returning next year.”

“Villa Littoral is a little gem! Booking with Christophe was so easy and communication was excellent. The key holder/owner was also a delight to meet and we are so grateful she allowed us to stay at her villa. There is everything you need at the villa and all to a high standard. It’s an easy walk to the shop and local restaurants which were very good. The icing on the cake is your own private beach which we all loved including our dog! My only request would be an extra shower if possible. We would have no hesitating in returning again.”

“We had a long journey home but it was worth it to stay at the Villa Littoral! You were completely right when you described the Villas location. We loved it! It was amazing to lie in bed and hear the ocean waves. And the views from the Villa are just incredible. The secret door that led down to the beach was wonderful. Our little dog loved it, she would sit waiting every morning until the tide went out then go down on the beach to play! The Villa itself was clean and tidy and extremely well stocked with everything we needed. We only used one bedroom, but all the bedrooms were large and appropriately nautically furnished. The heating (which we only needed a couple of nights) was a little erratic. Only the radiators upstairs worked, but it was fine, we just put a big jumper on! The key holder who met us on arrival was very nice, but due to the language barrier a little difficult to get hold of. That is where you came in and arranged for the owner to check us out early on the day of our departure. Your service has been superb throughout the whole booking process and during our stay. I would highly recommend your company to anyone looking for good old fashioned service and attention to detail. Thank you for making our holiday amazing, one we won’t forget in a hurry.”

“Everything went very well during our stay at Villa Littoral! We were delighted to return and see that the renovations have enhanced its value even more. Especially in the kitchen, which is very functional and well-stocked with utensils! The new windows are a plus. The bathroom is also very pleasant! However, a second bathroom on the ground floor would be very useful… We were so comfortable in this villa that we wanted to stay there as long as possible. The proximity to the port and its shops is perfect. My children and I are planning to return as soon as possible. I also wanted to tell you that the key holder is always so welcoming and efficient.”

“My family and I would like to thank you for arranging our holiday at Villa Littoral in Brittany which we thoroughly enjoyed for the week. The position of the villa looking out to the sea was beautiful and couldn’t be beaten. The villa was clean and tidy inside and out with good sized rooms both upstairs and downstairs. It would have been better if there was two bathrooms as our party of eight could have done with another one. However it didn’t spoil our enjoyment in any way. We were very lucky with the hot weather for the week and the private stairs from the garden that led down directly to the small beach below was exceptional. The owner and key holder were easily able to be contacted if necessary. Again many thanks for arranging everything.”

“We loved the location and access to a little sandy cove. Peaceful, with a lovely view and more sandy coves around each corner. The small town was a quiet stroll from the house, along the quiet road edging the beach. A handful of restaurants/bars, boulangerie and small supermarket– we didn’t use the car. Terrific cycling and walking paths along the coastline and even a golf course. The house was spacious and well equipped for families. Highly recommend Villa Littoral.”

“It’s a privilege to be able to stay at Villa Littoral. It’s difficult to explain, but I’ll try. The house is a lovely place to stay, but that’s not why it’s such a privilege. It’s more about the location of the house. The house sits on a small promontory of rocks. It is secluded from the rest of the town. There is sea to 3 sides and an omnipresent sound of the sea. The house is an L shape and wraps around the terrace which in turn has panoramic views over the ocean. The terrace is sheltered and beautiful. The garden is pleasant, but within it are steps that go down. Through a steel door, there is then access to a private beach. It’s really a cove that is cut off from the main beach at anything other than low tide. Almost nobody makes it around the rocks and so the beach is all your own. In the morning for breakfast, during the day and in the evening. Swimming in the bay is beautiful and the water was crystal clear on the days we were there. The water is cold, but not so cold that it’s uncomfortable. We swam a Km or so each day. The house is mostly modernised with a lovely kitchen. The only remaining difficult area is the bathroom. It’s old and pink. It’s perfectly functional though and we brought in lots of sand so I was grateful in many ways that it wasn’t pristine. Around the Villa is a pleasant town. Food is easy to get. Moulin Vert serves excellent moules frites with beer. We cycle extensively and there were lovely roads and towns to visit. We also visited Glenan Archipelago. It’s a boat ride from Concarneau. It’s a set of islands with perfect white sands and blue water. It’s much like visiting the Maldives for a day. Just get the right day. We hired kayaks and paddled our way around empty beaches and swam through clear blue waters. The pictures you can see of the house simply don’t prepare you for how lovely this is. You have no idea of the private beach, the terrace views or the ever-present sound of the sea.”

It’s a great house in a great location – not just the view and private beach access but also in terms of walking into the village and along the coast. The open plan downstairs was excellent. “You have been a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. A lovely experience with Select Villas. The house had much to commend it. Outdoor seating was great and there were lots of sun loungers. But it is Brittany not the med so weather can’t be guaranteed. There are some lovely decorative touches and I love the boat theme. The lady who let us in did tell us which days were market days in which places which was really helpful. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. The children loved the access to the beach and watching the tide encroach on the private steps from the cave. I fell in love with the outdoor photos and had fond memories of Brittany and booked.”
