Stairs up from garden level to separate mezzanine. First floor play room.
Kitchen
Separate kitchen on garden level with small high table with 3 bar stools. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hobs, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom and separate wc.
Mezzanine level (accessed from garden level dining area).
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with large double bed off mezzanine. Bathroom at opposite end of mezzanine.

Bedroom 4: Two steps down to twin bedroom (accessed through play room) with en suite shower room and garden views.

Exterior
Large, partially enclosed garden mainly laid to grass with swings and built-in barbecue. Large decked terrace overlooking garden with outdoor furniture and table tennis. Parking.
Pool
Indoor heated swimming pool with cover. Pool size: 7.5m x 3.2m. Depth: 1.65m x 1.8m. covered, heated (28c year round). Hot tub, sauna and enclosed shower. Sliding doors opening onto terrace.
Changeover day
Saturday.
Included in the rent
- Bed linen and bath towels.
- Electricity: average allowance included. If over usage this will be payable locally.
Other charges
Obligatory charges payable on arrival
- End of stay cleaning 180€.
- Holiday tax: The amount may vary from one year to another. Please ask at the time of booking.
- Refundable security deposit: 400€ (cash) refunded on departure.
Optional pre-bookable extras, payable on arrival
- Beach towel hire 5€ per towel.
- Mid stay bed linen and bath towel change 100€.
- Mid stay cleaning 35€ per hour.
- Pets: Small pet only allowed 30€ per week, per animal.
- Additional put-up bed 80€ per stay (request at time of booking).
Other information
- Cleaning: The property and grounds should be left clean and tidy or a charge may apply.
- Cot (including linen), high chair and baby bath available. Please request at time of booking.
- Kitchen towels, table cloth, and cleaning kit (dishwasher tablets, washing liquid, sponges, kitchen towel, cleaning products) provided.
