Each cottage has been comfortably furnished with families in mind. Kitchens are well equipped for self catering, stair gates are fitted and equipment for under 5s is available on demand. Each cottage has its own private gated terrace with a BBQ for alfresco dining.
The property features a fabulous enclosed pool zone with heated pool, sauna and poolside WiFi lounge. Â Everyone can enjoy the summer house games room with sports equipment, a small snooker table, train sets and toys. Â There is a stone playhouse with parking for push along cars and toys and games to enable children to let their imaginations run free. Easy by car – La Croix Gites is only 5½ -6 hours from Caen or St. Malo (Portsmouth ferry) or 9 hours from Calais (Dover Ferry). From more northerly UK ports, take the Zeebrugge ferry which is just 1½ hours further than Calais.
Easy by air – La Croix Gites are just 45 minutes drive from Limoges airport, 90 minutes from Poitiers and 2hrs from Bordeaux. Hire a car ready to collect from these airports.
Easy by train – Take the Eurostar from St Pancras via Paris to Angouleme (takes only 6-7 hrs), or if you are stopping off in France, take the TGV from Paris to Limoges or to Angouleme.  You can hire a car in advance to collect from these stations. Â
