“Everything went really well both with the villa and the vets, thank you. The vets was really quite simple. In terms of the villa, it was really clean. 3 out of the 4 sunbeds were in need of repair which we reported to reception and they were repaired within 24 hours, which was great. Only negative points are that the matresses on the beds could do with updating. We kept rolling off them as they were flat on one side.  Also the pillows were very lumpy and in need of replacement. A couple of outside slabs need rebedding as could be a trip hazard. Reception were helpful and we had a lovely holiday apart from the weather which was mixed. One recommendation would be to add to the folder about the resort in the villa that restaurant etc information is on their website. We only realised this a couple of days before we were due to come home. I would like to thank you for all your help with our holiday in France and arranging the vets etc for us. You made it as stress free as possible for us and we would recommend to others using your services”

“Communication with yourself was helpful and efficient. Providing the photos was especially helpful as it helped me ensure our family experience was the one we wanted. Check in was easy. Communications about the site were enough to get us there without overwhelming. The resort was lovely, really lovely. We didn’t use the facilities very much as we wanted to explore around. Parking was easy (and shaded), the pool was clean and re cleaned during the stay and the villa itself was clean and well looked after. Overall we would certainly stay again, it’s not in our nature to visit places twice – but we will definitely recommend the site and your service!”

“We stayed in Acacia Villa no 74. Check in was easy, very friendly and gave us all the information we needed re pool, rubbish disposal etc. The villa was well prepared and clean in all areas. We were impressed with the space and kitchen ware, utensils etc note NO Tongs!! Fondue set pressure cooker but no tongs! Small point! The pool was very clean and a good size for us and easy to cover at night. The bathroom was dated and the shower really needs replacing but ok for the 2 of us for a week but probably enough to put us off booking this villa again. We didn’t use the bbq provided but did use the washer and dryer situated in the annex at the side.We enjoyed the week, found lots to do, supermarkets close by with a good selection of fish etc – we enjoyed cooking. Departure was easy – we left quite early to drive to Cherbourg- what a joy on French roads- not one pot hole or roadworks the whole way!”

“We had an absolutely fantastic holiday! 10/10! The villa was brilliant, it had everything we could possibly need and was so clean, as was the whole resort. The only comment I had is that the pool was a little too cold for me. The staff were brilliant, very welcoming, helpful, and responsive when we had an issue with our pool lights. And it was really fantastic to have the amazing restaurant La Table on site – what a great place to eat. The location was great for us too; we didn’t have a car as we’d come from a couple of days in Paris by train but everything was in walking/running distance. We didn’t want to come home and are thinking of going back next year. A huge thank you to you for all your help with our booking and answering our questions – we really appreciate it. “Lovely Villa Near Les Sables-d’Olonne. Villa was extremely well maintained and pool was spotless, perfect place to cool down in the sun. Resort itself was quiet and staff very helpful. Nice boulangerie, small supermarket and newsagent within 10 minute walk. The coastal walk toward Les Sables-d’Olonne was very nice and the kids enjoyed playing in the Atlantic surf. The town itself was lovely, with lots of restaurants and shops along la grande plage. Thoroughly enjoyable holiday.”

“We had a very lovely holiday and having Les Jardins as a base was great.  We spent days out (including the amazing Puy du Fou) and also had days just round the pool reading – our teenage children loved the pool! The villa was quiet, clean and well maintained and we made good use of the pool, outdoor seating with the automatic awning and the indoor living areas.  On arrival, the staff were friendly and welcoming and we were able to find our villa easily. “The villa we had was the best one we have had so far, a lovely big garden (which was out the back which was good for the dog) and really nice furnishings, good wifi for the kids, beds were ok – we were really pleased. The reception were helpful when we needed them.  The tennis court was ok and we had some good fun playing tennis. The kids park looked well looked after.  We love the area, we had some lovely walks and runs, kayaking (at Des Salines), a few meals in the town and sightseeing.”
