Villa Sophora 6P is a large three-bedroom Vendee beach villa with private, heated pool on a well-established and pleasantly lush gated residence of similar properties. Located in the Oasis Les Jardins holiday park (formerly known as Les Jardins des Sables d’Olonne) this peaceful villa complex is situated 5km from Les Sables d’Olonne, a lively and popular seaside resort with excellent sandy beaches and all the facilities one would expect from a holiday destination with an excellent reputation. The family-friendly residence offers various on-site facilities such as tennis court, table tennis and play area as well as an acclaimed restaurant.

Living/dining room with TV, hi-fi, sofa, 2 armchairs. Dining table. Sliding doors lead to open furnished terrace.

Fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric or ceramic hob, kettle and coffee machine, toaster.

Ground floor: Bedroom with double bed or narrow twin beds (80cm), wardrobe.
First floor: Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe. Double or twin bedroom, wardrobe.
Bathrooms
Ground floor: Bathroom with bath and/or shower, washbasin. Separate wc.
First floor: Shower room with wc.
Outside and Pool
Garden. 7m x 4m Swimming pool , 1.42m depth. Security system: usually alarm but some have a fence or a cover. Steps. Outdoor furniture, 2 sunloungers. Barbecue.1 parking space by the villa and additional parking spaces by Reception.
Changeover day
Arrive any day (except Sunday) and between 27/6/26 and 29/8/26 when Saturday changeovers only (Sunday arrivals outside 27/6/26 and 29/8/26 are on request).
Depart any day including Sunday except between 27/6/26 and 29/8/26 when Saturday changeovers only.
Check-in between 5pm-8pm. Checkout before 10am.

Other charges Obligatory charges
- End of stay cleaning: 140€.
- Beds made up on arrival, towels (not beach towels) and tea towels: 30€ per person.
- Holiday tax: €2.20 per adult (18 years+) per night. (The rate applied depends on the weekly rental price and the composition of the group).
- Booking fee: 49€.

- Refundable security deposit: 500€ (credit card only) refunded within one month.

- Requesting a specific villa 35€ (if available).
- Heated pool: Pool heating is included for all stays between 25/4/26 to 26/9/26. Please note that pool heaters are subject to weather conditions, no temperature can be guaranteed. As the heating of the pool is included in the price, no refund can be made in the event of bad weather or temperatures below 10° at night.
- Pool heating is available from 1/4/26 to 25/4/26 at 25€ per day and taken for the entire stay. This must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
- Breakfast delivery service. Prices available on request.
- Table tennis (rackets available).

Theme Park: The famous Puy du Fou theme park (the fourth most popular attraction in France) is just an hour away.
